Consisting of a special high alloy cast steel, the "Turbo Rapid" shows very good heat- and wearresistant properties to fight difficult tap hole conditions. The bit shows three concentrical cutting edges intended to faciliate a self centering of the bits while drilling through the tap hole. This precision drill bit has additional interrupted cutting edges to better sustain hard clays with some inclusions of slag or iron.
